Hot Artichoke Dip

It's fall, and it's football season which means it's the perfect time of year for snacks and appetizers. Here's a favorite. Check out my 'Recipe Box' on the right side menu of the blog for more favorites.

Jenny's Hot Artichoke Dip


1 C mayo

1 8oz cream cheese, softened

½ C sour cream

1 C grated or shredded parmesan cheese

1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 can diced green chilies

1 garlic clove minced

Chopped tomato and green onion to top


Combine all ingredients except topping. Spread in 1 qt baking dish, bake uncovered 350* for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with tomato and green onions if desired. Serve with sliced baguette.
