Last night, we went to bed at 10pm and could not recall if that had ever happened before in our almost 8 years of marriage. It was nice to say the least. And tonight - another miracle...we both got home before 7pm!!! Hopefully the rest of the week will continue like this.
Here's what we've been up to the last few days:
Jenny cut off 7" of her hair (in a cute A-line)
Mike partied with his firm
We did chores
Groceries at Costco & Trader Joe's
Watched Ironman on DVD
Half a day of house hunting
Mike played football and tore up his leg on the turf
Church plus extra meetings on Sunday for both of us
Jenny had to go to work Saturday & Sunday
Mike got our taxes done!!
Cafe Rio for lunch on Saturday
Jenny started her new job at the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health
Mike played basketball
This coming weekend:
We're already looking forward to some free time - the only question is, what to do? We have these three options all on Saturday night, which would you choose?
1. Metropolitan Opera's Madama Butterfly (at a local HD theater)
2. Tickets to the West Coast Conference Tournament games (GO ZAGS)!!!
3. Stake Conference (with our callings and Jenny's Uncle in the stake presidency, people will take notice if we no show).

Wow, you guys are busy! I'd love to see a pic of your new haircut if you get a chance. Oh, and you should probably go to conference (not because people will notice, but because it's the right thing to do! :) The opera sure would be tempting, though (I loved seeing La Boheme at the Met in HD- but it's hard getting a sitter for 3-4 hours). Hope you continue to get more sleep!
basketball, baby.
basketball.....hands down
10:00 is early! I can't believe you did that! You needed to though, with your crazy busy week.
Yeah you should go to Stake Conference. John would probably love to join you guys if you go to the opera, oops, I mean the basketball tournament!
I want to see pictures of your haircut!
