Seriously. And it was awesome. We get a lot of VIPs and Celebrities who visit the facility but we weren't expecting this. February 9th, The former President visited The Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health here in Vegas. You can read more about it here.
Before he arrived, secret service checked the entire building, complete with a K-9 Unit. A couple of the ladies and I parked ourselves at a floor to ceiling window directly above the entrance so we could see him arrive. When the vehicles pulled up, secret service didn't look too happy we were at the window and motioned for everyone to get back, he noticed the distraction when he stepped out of the vehicle and looked up at our window, I took this opportunity to step forward and wave to him, he smiled real big, winked, and waved back. When he came through the clinic, he greeted me and the nurse I was with by saying "Hi Girls! Tell everyone the President is here!" He then proceeded to ask my name, shake my hand, have a conversation with me, and take a few pictures. He was funny and laid back, very down to earth, had a great handshake, was charming and classy - AND he looks great. In fact that's what I almost said to him when I met him, but I ended up a little tongue tied at first. We're still waiting for the photos to be released, the one above was released early. Here he is with Larry and Camille Ruvo (you can see secret service behind them), he and Larry are friends from their days at Yale - and Mr. President actually told quite a few stories from his time there, pretty funny stuff. When he left, I went back to the window to watch him go. Just before getting into the secret service vehicle, he stopped and looked up at the window and waved again. Certainly an experience I will never forget.

How cute! He sounds like a cutie!
This is what you should have said when you shook his hand: "You are SOOOO good lookin'!" That line always is a good one to break the ice! HAHAHA!
So cool!
