Mike went to Costco this week and brought home a bag of Peruvian Minneolas. They are the yummiest thing ever! Just in case you didn't already know...Minneolas originated in 1931 from a cross between a Duncan grapefruit and a Dancy tangerine. The rind is very fine and smooth, and the peel is quite thin. This citrus fruit is extremely juicy and very sweet, and we're going to eat then entire bag and then buy some more.
