Recipe of the Week: Pina Coladas

Reminiscent of the islands, these are delicious, and the perfect indulgence on a hot summer day. Don't drink the whole thing by yourself though, they're rich!

Pina Coladas

15oz Cream of coconut

6oz pineapple juice – small cans

6 C ice or fill to the top of the blender

Blend – serve immediately with maraschino cherries, whipped cream and a straw.
