On Tuesday, we had an offer accepted on a property! We're hoping to close in about 30 days if all goes well, keep your fingers crossed. It's only about a mile north of where we live now so we'll be staying in our current ward. For those of you who are wondering whether we chose to go with the perfect yard or the perfect floor plan- we chose neither. We found a great house that had the best of both worlds. It's roomy with a great layout, and is set on a large lot (.25 acre, big enough for grass and a pool). The best part is that it's in great condition, so there's no work to be done on our end. We do want to make some cosmetic changes on the interior though - do you have any design/decorating tips for us?

Alright! We are way excited for you guys! House buying is way fun and there's always something to do. We suggest doing stuff yourself as it's fun and you learn something new!
