Another Favorite Recipe: Baked Rigatoni

This one is easy and yummy! Serve with a green salad and bread for a complete dinner.

Baked Rigatoni
1 box Rigatoni noodles
1 # Italian sausage (mild)
1 lg. jar favorite spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 sm carton cottage cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
Butter large casserole dish. Cook Rigatoni and drain. In skillet, cook sausage and drain. Add sauce to sausage and heat. Add noodles to sauce mixture. Mix cottage cheese, egg, garlic powder, and 1 C Parmesan cheese together, and set aside. In casserole dish put ½ noodle/sauce/sausage mixture in bottom, then layer ½ of cottage cheese mixture. Repeat layers. Then top with remaining parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
