Recipe: Triple Layer Cookie Bars

A departure from the traditional 7-Layer Bars/Magic Cookie Bars. So easy and yummy!

1 cube butter
1 1/2 C graham cracker crumbs
1-7oz package sweetend flake coconut
1-14oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 C semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 C creamy peanut butter

Melt butter in 9x13 pyrex dish. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs evenly over top, layer coconut, then sweetened condensed milk. Bake in 325* oven 20-25 minutes. (350* if using dark pan). Meanwhile, melt together chocolate chips and peanut butter, stir until there are no lumps. Spread over hot bars immediately after removing from oven. Let chill in refrigerator 30 minutes. Remove to counter once chocolate layer is set, and store bars loosely covered at room temperature, cut into individual size servings and enjoy!
