1 fresh salmon fillet1 jar Pesto sauce
1 lemon
sea salt
Rinse and pat dry salmon. Place the fillet skin side down on a cedar plank (that has been soaked) or create a foil 'tray' out of double thickness foil. Spread the top liberally with pesto, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top of sprinkle with sea salt. Place on grill and cook over medium heat until done - about 15 minutes.
