Grilled Veggies

1/2 C olive oil
1/4 C Parmesan cheese
2 tsp minced garlic
season salt - to taste (a lot)
Mrs. Dash (any flavor) - to taste
Variety of fresh vegetables (we use onion, mushroom, zucchini, bell pepper, and pre-cooked potatoes).

Cut up veggies and either put them on skewer sticks of place in a grill basket. Mix together sauce and pour over veggies 10 minutes before grilling. Grill until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
