Lunch Date

Mike and I met up with Jeff today for lunch at the Las Vegas airport. He was en-route to the first of several fly out interviews with top accounting firms. Did I mention BYU has the #1 Master's of Accounting program in the nation? I picked up some rootbeer, potato chips and sandwiches from Capriottis, some of the best sandwiches EVER. Mike's favorite is the Capastrami (hot pastrami with coleslaw and russian dressing - sounds weird I know, but it's good). My fave is The Bobbie! Thanksgiving dinner on a bun - turkey, cranberries and stuffing - yum. Since I rarely take lunch out at work, this was a nice change of pace, and it was so fun to see Jeff! Mike did suggest he ought to explain to the firm why he insisted on the Las Vegas layover as opposed to the direct flight, don't want them thinking he's got a gambling problem now do we...

maybe as long as he didn't show up to the interview with glitter on his shirt from all those exotic dancers he'll be alright!
