Mike will be sworn in November 7th at 3:30pm. Very cool! On another note, last week a rare opportunity presented itself that Mike's been thinking about - a one year clerkship with a federal district court judge here in Las Vegas. It would mean leaving his firm which he loves but it also means being marketable to law firms nationwide after that year. It's a difficult decision. In other job related news, we've been discussing an opportunity I may have to consider private practice after the first of the year. It's exciting but also stressful...lots of choices right now.
